If this ruling comes with losses C.a.l could be informed that they were outright Pac-10 champs that one year.

Not only did Texas steal their invite with a lame PR push. Now it will be clear that USC stole that Rose Bowl trip too. Or maybe they stole a BCS championship invite.

I don\'t think this is going to have a crazy effect on SC, personally.  It\'s only going to result in the loss of scholarships for players who are riding the bench, in preference for incoming recruits.  

It\'ll be sad to see that some players will probably lose their scholarships, but it was also just revealed that juniors and seniors will be able to transfer outside of the Pac-10 and not lose a year of eligibility in an ESPN article.

It\'s just that non-scholarship players are going to be pretty hard to find.  USC isn\'t cheap, though financial aid may straight up help some kids through.  You do need those non-scholarship players for the practice squad.
