Some guys have it, others do not. Some guys are "lucky" a lot. The system does matter, and the supporting cast does matter, but I submit that figuring out who is actually going to be a successful QB, college or NFL, is not easy. If it were, there wouldn't be so many "misses", or so may QB controversies.
