Thanks as always, Bob.
While I was over at the FBC site reading your round-up, I also came across this wonderful FBC interview with Tara:
FastBreak Club Interview with Tara - YouTube
What I thought was most insightful was Tara stating that "collectives are the next step for Stanford women's basketball." It wasn't a question of whether she like them, but "We don't want to get left at the train station when the train is going down the tracks." And as for transfer rules, "I think they are going to tighten up the transfer portal in terms of the rules they are making." She also indicated that there could be some rules changes to basketball, perhaps a trapezoidal lane to open the game up more.
Really interesting stuff.

Last I looked the conference dropped down to 5th or 6th in conference NET. I'm not sure that matters much. Lower teams can drag down the whole conference.

This was a very interesting listen. Tara doesn't act like she enjoys these interviews but am glad the coaches seem to be trying to do more things to connect with fans. She gave many short, brief answers. With the collectives, I would think with our type of donor base it would not be hard to get boosters to give money but I have yet to hear any specifics on this. Does anyone know anymore?
