Who says our conference isn't media savvy? It has its Pac-4 Football Conference website up already.

I think you meant https://pac-4.com
but yes, that’s a rather savagely funny site

If the football plan on that site held true to form, there would be FOUR Big Games on the schedule for next year. Just think, the Axe could change hands three or even four times over the course of the season. How could you say no to that kind of potential drama!?

Ouch, too funny. I think if we keep rubbing salt in, it will make the pain go away.

It wouldn't be the first time Stanford played the same team four times in a year: 1897 Stanford football team

Yes, that is savagely droll and funny.
How do we treat this last year? Like we are As fans?
I do think there should be some bitterness. Of the four AD responses, Oregon State's was the best. "I'm pissed!" Stanford and Cal issue non-responsive "we're aware" responses. I didn't catch Washington State's. I would like to hear something out of Taylor about this, as a proud Pac-10 alumnus. 'I don't know how many games we'll win, but most of our opponents have ruined a historic conference, and they will feel our presence this one last time.' Although to be fair (why be fair), it is hard to project too much anger at schools for doing exactly what Stanford would have done given the chance. Were they given a chance and passed, or never had the chance?
At the least, I believe the Final Four should paint Pac-4 logos on their fields and courts and wear Pac-4 logos on uniforms. Or is that too petty?
What is to stop George K from declaring the Late Eight ineligible for conference championships this academic year? Because. Don't like it, leave early. What are they going to do? Fire the guy? He's done after this year anyway.
I would like to see more information about the reported $420 million just ready to be cashed among the Final Four. That makes a difference as to next actions.

Home games vs UCLA, UO, and UW will be opportunities for the Band to comment.
