13-0 at end of Q1,
Now 21-0.
Not looking forward to playing the Ducks.
Not that I ever was,
Now 35-0 shortly before the end of the first half.
Not quite as bad as U$C Stanford but close.
One can't help but wonder if this would be a different game with extraordinary two-way player Travis Hunter able to play. His presence alone wouldn't lift the Buffaloes over the hump, but he might have been able to keep them from getting run over the Cascades.
Last week a Ram player made a late hit on Hunter that will sideline him for a month or two. This occurred in the first half and was highly likely a factor in Colorado needing double OT to beat CSU. Shortly after that the Ram player got doxxed, and he and even his family received death threats. This behavior of course cannot be condoned by anybody, but in its own macabre way it illustrates the importance of Hunter to this year's Colorado team.
