I don't have a lot of respect for Erickson, who always seems to oversee programs with these kinds of behavioral problems. (or, put less diplomatically, borderline thuggery). But I would have to say Burflict beats him out as the bigger jerk, by a nose. Compare Burflict's disconnection from his own team with the conduct of our own Shayne Skov, who remains a team leader even after suffering his devastating knee injury. Character counts for something, and bad character can undermine great talent (in Burflict's case), or magnify it (in Skovs)
