My apologies- was referencing 247, so the figures I referenced must be off. And fair enough regarding last year being unique due to Shaw's departure. But regardless, 0 incoming and 8 outgoing is bad! I mean are you going to fill your class with entrants after spring ball? It's way fewer players and significantly less difference makers. And of the 8 outgoing, you're losing your leading RB, 2 OTs (second toughest position to fill), Gilman from your defense, and Yurosek. And again, you're not replacing their production! Your high school classes are solid but not enough to build a competitive program out of solely-- and you're going to face this every single year while having to retain your entire team because they all have their transfer option. 

I really think you have to take a long look to see how you guys can integrate the portal. It's just not practical to build a program through prep recruiting unless you're landing loaded classes (which so far, you're not).
