She could be the first Stanford golfer to win the US Women's Open since Hilary (Homeyer) Lunke in 2003. Or the first Stanford alum to win since Michelle Wie in 2014. I believe that Mickey Wright is the only other Stanford-affiliated golfer to win the US Women's Open.
