10 minute mark Stanford 29 Arizona 7
So far 10 minutes into the game Stanford already has a 20 point lead.
The three point drought seems to be over. Josylyn is 2-2, Toni is 1-1, Taylor is 1-3.Â

Half time Stanford 51 Arizona 31
The pace of this game is the exact opposite of Thursday's at ASU. Tara mentioned in a brief interview during the ASU game that "We can play at any pace." Well, this seems to confirm it.Â
Shooting is much more accurate today, except Bonnie had a tough shooting half. Chiney is 6/7, Joslyn 4/5. Nneka is 6/9. Most impressively, Amber is 3/3.
Tara is already giving the bench a lot of playing time. We have already had 10 players play in the first half. But the 5 starters scored all but 3 of our points.
We have an 18:10 rebounding advantage; 13:6 assists advantage; 4:7 turnover advantage. Only 4 turnovers! Shooting is 56.8%. (Note, these are the ESPN stats, they don't seem to be the same as the stats that the KZSU announcer is reading.)

With 16:52 left in the game we equaled our point total from Thursday. 63-35.

Ten minutes left Stanford 78 Arizona 36
It has become practice time. This reminds me more of the Bakersfield game than an away game vs. a Pac 12 opponent. I am stunned that so far there has been only 1 Stanford turnover in the half.Â
Payne has played very well, grabbing an offensive rebound and putting it back and collecting a foul, and grabbing another O-board and putback.
Lindy finally hit a 3! Let's hope that gets the monkey off her back.
Toni is playing well with 11 points so far.
About all that is left is to get Sara and Bonnie going. I'm sure they will get plenty of chances.

Final Score Stanford 91Â Arizona 51
Joslyn Tinkle got a lot of minutes and made the most of them. Quite a game for her. Game high 22 points and 3/5 three point shooting to go along with 11 rebounds.
Amber Orrange showed very impressive accuracy with a number of jumpers. 5/5 with one assist and no turnovers.
A 40 point win. At an away game. One wonders just how beaten down Arizona is after their rough patch, and how much this clobbering really means. On paper there are a lot of nice things. We had 22 2nd chance points and 36 points in the paint. A 47-34 rebounding advantage. And only 9 turnovers in the game (not quite our best this year, but nearly.)
