Harbaugh's uses more coach speak, usually of his own colorful variety, than pretty much any other coach out there, but he's also the most sincere. When he says Enthusiasm Unknown to Mankind, he means it. I was pretty skeptical of whether his shtick would translate to the NFL where the players are motivated by money above all things, but when you have that much passion, it's infectious. He could be a once in a generation kind of coach. Down the line, I'd love to have him be the Bill Walsh of the 21st century, once he's done in the pros, to come back and hang around the program, advise the coaches, rub shoulders with the boosters, sit down with the players. I think this season will be the true test of how we do without the Harbaugh magic.
