Recruiting class: Getting the OL haul of the century: First time ever staff jumped up and high-fived. Point last Spring, Shaw said to staff " We aren't going to get all six of these guys, get as many as you can... We got them all" Last one was Murphy. They understood if Murphy went elsewhere after Peat committed, and then he came in, too.
How get all those guys? They know Stanford style of play. Even if a young guy is not starting, he knows the way we play he's going to get XX plays even in backup.
How he deals with pressures to decommit and how does he approach commits to other schools? (Guys who commit to others typically aren't going to do the academic work to get in [to Stanford]. (partial quote only. Not quite that harsh)
