Given the super short notice PLUS that the game is on a Friday, anyone have an idea if Caltrain will stop near the stadium for the game?

I went to the Caltrain stop earlier today with the same thought.  My guess is they won't make the extra stop on a late friday afternoon.  They did not for the SJSU game:

Note the Palo Alto stop is only about a mile and a quarter from the stadium.
