Love the dads and the obvious pride they have for their kids and in Stanford.  You can tell why their sons have turned out to be student-athletes in the truest sense of the words.  Really liked what Chris Davis had to say at 3:11 - "Stanford is a school that recruits students before they become athletes".  Also pretty sweet to see Barry Sanders (my favorite player to watch growing up) extolling the virtues of Stanford.

Barry the elder certainly seems to have completely bought in to the program. That certainly helps give us some cachet.

Also, was anyone else surprised by how many of our players have NFL fathers? I always knew it was quite a few, but I didn't think it was that many!

What actually surprised me was the lack of any comments from Bob and Kodi.

I think we could guess that they wanted the dads that played for other programs AND now are happy that their kids selected Stanford.  I think that is a more relevant set of messages for those that have family ties to other FBS programs.
