Summarizing/excerpting usually qualifies as "limited" and fair use under US copyright law. Nonetheless, I appreciate the poster's tactful handling given the info came from another Stanford site. Paid sites are touchy about outside use of their paid content and I would hate to see any feuding between Stanford fans - even if the feuding was one-sided.
Information may want to be free but we're doing well as a free site and there is no need to risk stepping on other folk's toes. I appreciate the carefulness.
