I liked Hulk's thread so much that I wanted to add another set of songs. The catch are that these are (largely) my kids' songs, but the ones I can tolerate. For this reason, they tend to be poppie-er.
One Republic: Counting Stars. My two year old daughter loves to jump up and down to this song. I first heard it in the parking lot on the way out of the UCLA game, so I have strong positive associations even though I don't care for any of One Republic's other songs. But this one is catchy.

Daft Punk: Get Lucky (already on the original list). I know I shouldn't expose my kids to this, but the song was everywhere and it was virtually impossible not to. What I do like is that they still take the idea of being up all night to "get lucky" literally and they haven't asked, though I wouldn't be surprised if my 9 year old has figured it out.
Owl City: Fireflies. My kids liked "Good Time" better, but it got old very quickly (and it feature Carly Rae Jepsen, who I can't stand). Then I heard my son's class perform Fireflies in a winter concert and I liked it much better. I can see why the chose it; it's a good kids tune, but also likable enough for me.

Lady Gaga: Applause. She's incredibly talented (dropped out of NYU). It's not my favorite track, but it's the kids' (along with Alejandro)

Passenger: Let her go (already on the original list). My daughter likes this one, and it is probably the only non-pop song on the list
Ellie Goulding: Lights. Probably the first song my 2-year old started kicking her legs to in the car. Just loved it for a while

Calvin Harris (with Goulding on vocals): I Need Your Love. Another track that features Goulding's impressive voice.

Don Omar & Lucenzo: Danza Kuduro. My older daughter is in a Spanish immersion class and loves that the song features some Spanish (as well as Portuguese) in it. Kuduro is actually an 80's Angolan dance music (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuduro) that was picked up by a French/Portuguese artist who originally wrote the song; Don Omar is a Puerto Rican Reggaeton artist who released this catchy alternative version. It's fun and it works.

Stevie Wonder: Superstition. What's this song doing here, you ask? Well, you know those Bud Light commercials? My youngest latched on to the song from them. The guitar riff is pretty awesome, though.

John Williams: The London Symphony Orchestra: Duel of the Fates. Yeah, the oldest loves Star Wars, and though I much prefer the Throne Room song (especially the LSJUMB version) for my Star Wars kick, Duel of the Fates was about the only redeeming thing to come from Episode I.

Klaus Badelt: He's a Pirate (from the Pirates of the Carribean soundtrack). Another one that my oldest son loves because of the movie, but I have to say it does fit the movie perfectly, and you can almost hear Jack Sparrow utter, "Gentlemen, My Lady, you will always remember this as the day you almost caught Captain Jack Sparrow"

Overwerk: Daybreak (especially the GoPro version). The GoPro video that accompanies it is awesome, and I've always wanted to set a Stanford football highlight tape to it.
