Robin Lopez (C, Suns) is out for at least a month with a left knee sprain. Â He\'s been starting though only playing about 15 min per game, and I\'d say his stats reflect that (they\'re nothing spectacular).
Brook (C, Nets) is scoring a lot of points but only shooting about 42% from the field with an average of over 15 shot attempts per game. Â His rebounding numbers are way down (over 50% down), but at least his FT% has been good (86.8%).
Josh Childress (SG/SF, Suns) is playing about 20 min per game off the bench. Â He\'s averaging almost 6 points per game and about 4 rebounds per game--nothing to write home about.
Jason (Hawks) and Jarron Collins (Clippers) are both hanging in there with average game time of less than 10 min. Â Jason started four games for the Hawks while power forward Marvin Williams was out (Al Horford slid from center to power forward). Â The Collins twins are both averaging less than 5 pts/game and less than 1 reb/game.
Landry Fields continues to impress. Â Yesterday, he scored 21 pts and collected 17 rebounds on 66% shooting with a couple of steals and an assist. Â He missed all three of his 3pt attempts, however. Â Yahoo sports tells me that, "the double-double was the most points and rebounds in a single game by a Knicks rookie since Patrick Ewing in the 1985-86 season (28 points and 20 rebounds vs. Atlanta on Nov. 16, 1985)." Â Before Sunday\'s game (two games ago), Fields was fifth in rookie scoring and first in rookie shooting percentage (among those with 5+ shots per game and more than one game played).
Did I miss anyone? Â Brevin Knight is retired...
