This Josh Shaw story just get weirder and weirder.  Seems Sark moved a DB to running back because Madden was injured, depending on Shaw to fill the void.  Now that converted RB (didnt catch his name) tweets he is quitting the team because he "won't play for a racist!"  Really?  I guess so:

Meanwhile, Josh Shaws celebrity lawyer admits Josh (I refused to just call him Shaw for obviously reasons) was at the broken-into apt but "no criminality occured."  Further, now he claims Josh fell from 3 stories, not 2.  Two LA orthapedists have commented that merely spraining ankles is highly unlike with a two story fall or jump, let alone a 3 story fall.  LAPD investigation continues. 

Finally, saw a photo of Monte Teo, in a Chargers tshirt, captioned, "Josh Shaw is innocent!  My girlfriend was there and saw it all!"

By the way, garvin, I have a question relating to LSJUMB business regarding which your vast historical knowledge re The Daily might be helpful.  I'll try to send you one of those off-line messages, so if you could check in the next 24-48 hours that would be most appreciated.

As for basketball, my one-year moratorium on season tickets has ended -- they roped me back in with the 16% discount for this season [celebrating making the Sweet Sixteen last season].  Of course, it's only a one-year contract...

Down to 65 scholorship playes.  Of course it's still early.
