My current guess would be the Rose Bowl. Â Roll Tide! or whatever.
In Which Bowl Will Stanford Be Participating?

Mine is Rose Bowl. Alabama beats Auburn, Arkansas beats LSU. BSU and UO keep on winning. We do not lose focus, and handle OSU. This "should" be enough to get us into BCS #4, but I\'m not sure if it will, so RB may/will depend on being invited, presumably over TCU.
Wouldn\'t mind seeing a few Big Ten upsets this weekend, but we\'ll take on whomever shows up on January 1. We could end up the #2 ranked team in the country when all is said and done.

I\'m pulling for the Rose Bowl but think the Alamo Bowl is far more likely. Too many things need to fall in place for Stanford to spend New Year\'s Eve in Pasadena.
That\'s OK, I like San Antonio and its River walk too. This is a great year and we\'ll get a great bowl either way. Just enjoy the ride.

I still believe that if Auburn loses tomorrow and we win, we will make it to the Rose Bowl. Â Boise State should jump TCU with a win over Nevada this week, likely meaning the Rose Bowl decides between us and TCU.
As far as the non-AQ rule, I still can\'t see the Rose Bowl taking TCU as fulfilling their obligation. Â The whole point of the rule is that the Rose Bowl must take the load of hosting the qualifying school from a non-BCS conference (the highest ranked non-AQ, if in the top 12, automatically qualifies to a BCS bowl). Â If the Rose Bowl takes TCU, this will have no effect on the number of non-AQ schools the other BCS bowls must take in the future, since none of the other bowls are obligated to take TCU.
Out of tradition, I\'m confident the Rose Bowl would take us over TCU (lower attendance than us) and a Big XII/SEC school.

I don\'t think the Holiday Bowl is possible. The next two below us have already lost three games.

I voted for another BCS bowl, mostly because I think it would be cool (and maybe stop all the annoying "no one wants Stanford, they don\'t travel" talk).

As unlikely as it would be, I\'m really pushing for Sugar. How do we get there? Probably Oregon dropping one game, Auburn dropping a game, TCU-Boise in the Nat\'l Champ game, Stanford at 3 or 4 in the BCS, and Ohio State losing a game as well.

Is this a likelihood thing? Â My football knowledge tells me Rose Bowl because I\'m banking on an Auburn loss.

But the problem is that the Sugar Bowl is on Tuesday, January 4. People will be back at work and back at school. It\'s a heck of an inconvenient time to travel. I\'ll go, but I\'m afraid a lot of people won\'t be able to swing it. I think more Stanford fans would be able to attend the Rose Bowl.
