Tipoff at 6ish PT on ESPN2. Call me a fool, but I'm expecting a sweep of the LA schools in Maples.

If there's one thing people have learned in Berkeley, it's that you can't put "Cal football" and "Rose Bowl" in the same sentence. The words just don't fit. You'd be better off linking "covered wagons" with "Mars travel." (Bruce Jenkins, Cal '70, SF Chronicle, Nov. 11, 2017)

Tonight's game is a MUST WIN if Stanford wants to remain above the bubble.Â I'm not worried about U$C on Saturday they are simply awful.

Sitting in Northern Florida, waiting for my wife and two girls to join me in a day or so, watching the team on the tube, first time I've seen them play since 1964-65 when UCLA killed them with tghe 6' 5" Keith Ericsson dominating the paint.Â Not a lot of improvement, basketball-wise, in the last 50+ years and a pathetic number of empty seats in Maples.Â Arrillaga ought to demand his money back....
