Lot of changes announced today in both men's and women's college basketball.

The most significant changes include:
The women will play four 10 minute quarters rather than two 20 minute halves
The women can advance the ball to the front court following a TO in the final minute of the 4th quarter or OT periods (like they do in the NBA)
The men's shot clock drops to 30 seconds
Men's coaches cannot call a TO when the ball is live
Also for the men, the NCAA eliminated the five-second closely guarded rule while dribbling the ball and removed the prohibition on dunking in pregame warmups and at halftime
