We have heard from those of you who worship the bean, red until roasted, so carefully, then loving ground in special machines and imbued ínto pure water (although some would argue for a certain minerality to the water) but what about when coffee time is over, the work is done, the sun is setting and the time for reflection has begun? Then is the time to go in search of the perfect dram.
Like many of you I have search through markets and stores, tastings at specialty bars, been instructed by masters, sampled spirits from America, Asia, continental Europe, okolehao in Hawaii, and the incomparable venues and subtleties of infinite locations in the motherland, but there is always another unexplored frontier in the discovery of usquebaugh. Science is, ultimately, about the thirst for knowledge.
