There were other issues (medical and otherwise) related to Tudor besides the timing of her knee injury that were reportedly included in her appeal. NCAA guidelines aren't always rigidly followed. Kudos to her for opting to play a partial year this season in order to be there for her teammates. She could opt to sit out this season and come back as a redshirt senior in '20-'21.

So what were the extenuating circumstances? Did Tenn suggest she had to go to class?
Sorry, couldn't resist. Westbrook had a 3.0 GPA in HS IIRC.
