Only 12.6% of the public, in Singapore, could put the mask on to pass a visual mask fit (VMF) test. That may still provide some protection, especially against outbound infection, but more recently I've started seeing more people wear a mask below their nostrils. My wife joked that it was going to be a fashion trend like wearing low-rider jeans.
