While watching a bit of LSU - aTm this evening, I heard the announcers talking about coordinators and what defines a bad, mediocre, and great one.
LSU DC Kevin Steele said this after he praised aTm coach Jimbo Fisher for being such a good OC and was asked what makes him so good:
Bad coordinators: Watch the game video replays and make adjustments for the following week.
Mediocre coordinators: Make adjustments at Halftime.
Good coordinators: Make adjustments after one series.
Words to live by, or one man's opinion?
