Prechtel and Jump leading the charge back. They combined for a 14-2 run to end the half, with four threes and a nice floater from Jump. I really don’t know why we don’t try Van Gytenbeek when Lacie is clearly struggling.

Despite all the troubles (Jones out, Brink in foul trouble, turnovers, PG issues), we are only down by three thanks to a couple clutch three pointers by Prechtel.
We really need Brink to stay in control and not get additional fouls with Jones out in the second half. We are shooting 50% from the floor, but the difference in this game is due to 10 FT opportunities (9 made) by Gonzaga. We need to do a better job of defending without fouling.

Interesting. For the first half, in +/-, Belibi is -11, while leading with 10 points, 3 rebounds.

Indeed. Tara is obviously a great coach, but this team is not going to succeed with Lacie at pg and this is the time Tara should be figuring it out. You can't have three low scorers starting every game together (Wilson and the Hulls). We need some points and we need Jana to be given a choice to lead an offense.

Indeed. Tara is obviously a great coach, but this team is not going to succeed with Lacie at pg and this is the time Tara should be figuring it out. You can't have three low scorers starting every game together (Wilson and the Hulls). We need some points and we need Jana to be given a choice to lead an offense.

I think we need a strong start and to expand our lead from the very beginning. If Gonzaga gets the lead back, all the intangibles are on their side to keep it.
The start of the 4th quarter is crucial for us.

Practices obviously aren't something we are privy to. That being said, a player can play great in practice and poorly on the court. When that happens, you need a new plan.
