The expectation, of course, is that under TT's direction we will be dramatically better in the next 2-3 years and would be able to compete at that level.
Time will tell whether that expectation gets realized or not, of course.
Not sure what major conference this year's team would be successful in. Probably none.
I think that we will get better even next year under Coach TT, based on the recruits coming in and assuming we don't have a mass exodus for the transfer portal like Coach inherited.
I also think that there's a number of weaker teams in ACC and B12 and even in the B1G that we'd already have a better chance to be successful against, granted their top teams would kill us as did the top PAC teams.
Unfortunately for us there's just not a lot of weakness in the PAC this year.
Of course this all just my speculation and armchair opinion, which is like an arse in that everyone has one and most smell like ...
