DEATH VALLEY at Clemson?
Through the years, Memorial Stadium has become known as “Death Valley” across the country. It was tagged by Presbyterian College Head Coach Lonnie McMillian during the late 1940s. After bringing his teams to Clemson for many years and getting whipped, he said the place was like “Death Valley.” A few years later, the name stuck.

Bailey failed to keep Klubnik inside the pocket... EEESH.
QB scramble for a TD.
And then nickel back Jay Green is out for the game...

The worst of it was the calls on 1st and 2nd downs: lousy run on 1st and calling the sweep to Bachmeier to the side where there were 3 defenders waiting. Good Lord!

Stanford has improved significantly on both sides of the ball in the running game. Not so much in the passing game.
I’m sorry, but he sits if I’m coaching. A high school QB shouldn’t do that.

I agree Lex. Brown has to start when healthy. This team is better QB play short of being quite good.
