When cheating, I mean researching, I found a guy with a career RBI per PA average of .291. . . .

Hall of Famer Josh Gibson had 730 RBIs in 2155 at bats for a .339 rbi/ab ratio. . . .Ruth merely .263
Mule Suttles in at .273 and Turkey Stearnes at .265. . . .

Indeed, though the caveat in that list is 1000 career games minimum. Many Negro League players never reached that milestone as their seasons had far fewer games. None of the three I mentioned had 1000 games, though one played 18 seasons, another 21. Gibson only 14.

Turns out it was Mr. Juan Marichal, with a streak that began in 1964 and continued until 1971. He gave up an earned run in his first all star game in 1962.

Ok - the answer to who is second in consecutive post season scoreless appearances - Jeremy Affeldt. A incredible post season pitcher. Affeldt was crucial in the Giants post seasons. 2010, it was Affeldt that came out of the bullpen in Game 6 of the NLCS after Jonathan Sanchez hit Utley and the benches (and bullpens) cleared. Mark Gardner held Affeldt back to start warming up. And of course, it was Affeldt that got the Giants to Bumgarner in Game 7 of the ‘14 WS.
