Who has the fewest points scored in the ACC this season (109 across six games at 1-5)?
... only 3 games in Conf with more than 20 points.
https://www.espn.com/college-football/standings/_/group/1
Last 3: LOUV, @CAL, then @SJST.
Cal at 5-4 needs to beat us for a bowl invite at 6-6, with other games remaining vs SYRC, and SMU.

Kal plays Syracuse tomorrow. If they beat them, they will already be bowl eligible. IMO that would be the preferred outcome. Kal has a reasonable chance to win that game. After all, even Stanford beat Syracuse :-). It will also be a home game for Kal, which should help. Kal is favored by 8.5 pts.

In the Battle of the Cards , the Cardinal finally gets its passing game going, its defense steps up just enough, the Cardinal birds make just enough mistakes, and Stanford gets the surprising upset win 28-27.

Nice to be optimistic.
Doesn't cost anything (at least with a Cardboard post) to be wrong.

Yes, it's nice to be "optimistic" -- if you don't mind eroding your credibility! Your "finally get[ting] its passing game going" would require either a miraculous transformation of our O line or the furtive transfer of new starting linemen from Oregon or Ohio State during the bye week. Our passing game will remain anemic until whichever QB is in there gets decent pass protection, permitting separation and some long routes rather than alternating between five-yard routes, running for his life, and taking a survival sack.

I just want to see a few quick release passes over the middle, most likely to Roush. But that would require 1) putting pass pro entirely on the 5 OL, and 2) a quick release by the QB. It's also pretty sad that we rarely have enough time to get a back into a pass pattern that isn't a screen or a safety valve flare. (CMC vs Iowa spoiled me, LOL.)
I kind of wonder if TT really expects our O to score more than twice a game. What makes the situation even worse is that when we get a few scores down, we'll never try kicking a FG.
Question for the stat guys -- what's our record against the O/U this year?

Louisville ranks 73rd in passing yards allowed, and its rushing defense ranks 66th nationally. Not terrible, but not very good either. The conditions are ripe for a very interesting game. I definitely expect Stanford to cover the spread. We'll see...

That feature does not work on this platform. You just post the link and people have to click it to see the video.
