I saw that. I assumed that the first failed 2 or conversion was from a botched snap, but that the second one was always meant as a two point conversion to tie?

Yes, the Cougs tried to make up for the botched snap, but could not convert.

Looked almost Hollywood like, but Ethan Garbers could not deliver in the pinch. The Bruins were 12 yards away from FG territory at the time of the pick.

Utah and OSU are locked in a tough match. Both are future opponents, and both look like they would give our defense fits.

Utah just had its second punt blocked by OSU. The first one was returned for a TD; this one to the Utah 11. OSU is in a good position to complete the north sweep of the south.

Spoke too soon; this one is going back because of a penalty and Utah keeps the ball.

No matter, Utah’s drive stalls, they miss the field goal, and OSU turns around and scores a TD. 42-31 OSU, with about 10 min left.

There were four Inter-division PAC-12 games, and the North won all four: OSU beat Utah, Cal beat Colorado, Oregon beat UCLA, and Washington beat Arizona.

While it might seem desirable to have Stanford be the only team that defeated them, I don't want them crying about how good they are and how they got robbed of a playoff spot (which they won't get unless total chaos ensues. Too many other more "interesting" possibilities). Worse, if they get a playoff spot they will just embarrass the PAC-12 by getting destroyed.

I always thought it was silly to call football rivalries "war:" Civil War, Holy War, Border War, War on I-4 (at least it rhymes). And then there's "100 Miles of Hate." I much prefer Big Game.
