How can Brink have only 4 points, 2 reebs halfway through the 3rd? And she already has 4 fouls! Likely to be gone soon.
Too many turnovers (13)!
Shooting percentage is pathetic (39.5%).
Even with 10 points, Jones doesn't look like she did last year. (3 for 11 from the field).
This doesn't look like a championship contending team today.

the wheels are coming off fast. just such lackadaisical play. Who's gonna step up to lead and settle the team? It's not been Haley Jones or Brink.

I see zero leaership on this team and the coaches don't seem to have an answer to an absolutely HORRIBLE 3rd quarter. Come on Tara, do something.

Failure to get rebound on 2nd FT yields another bucket for UT.
What an utterly dismal Q3. Lost almost the entire 17 point lead. Too many 3s being jacked up when you have Brink down low.

Prechtel has had many open looks from distance and is 0-5 from three so far. some unfortunate misses that could have went down. I like Wilson at the point. Announcers seem to think she gets us into our offense faster and case in point end of the quarter, makes the right pass to Jump for the bucket.

35% from the field, 30% from downtown. Not impressive. Need to get the ball to Brionk down low from time to time, instead of jacking up 3s. Brink has only 2 FTs in the entire game.

We lead 52-46 after three quarters. The 3rd was a disaster on all levels; we started poorly, it seems like we assume they would just let us win rather than what we should have expected a high quality team to do when down, increase the pressure and just go all out to get back in the game.
Brink picked up two fouls, Jones become a turnover machine and our shots missed.
We didn't make our first FG until more than 8 minutes into the quarter and if not for Jump's buzzer beating three pointer, Tennessee would be within one score.

The announcer summed it up perfectly: Brink has no defensive discipline. What a disappointing effort from her in such a big game.
