Confused about why we have two safties backpedaling at the snap here....repeatedly. Make them convert with throws into single coverage not getting 5 yards every run.

RE: OREGON GAME THREAD - BostonCard - 10-02-2021

Give Oregon credit for that last drive.  It will seal the deal.

Ok now on 1st and 20, sure have a deep safety. Otherwise WTF are they even doing?

RE: OREGON GAME THREAD - Phogge - 10-02-2021

Stanford needs a back like Dye. His one yard runs turn into five yard runs.

This half reminds me of the Arizona game years ago when the Stanford offense basically didn’t exist.

RE: OREGON GAME THREAD - BostonCard - 10-02-2021

I wouldn't pass if I were Oregon.

We've got them right where we want.  They run off tackle and fumble.  We drive down and score a TD and a 2 point conversion with no time left on the clock.

What a nauseating half of Stanford football: penalties, lousy pass blocking, dubious play calls, low intensity, and the thin D struggling to catch its breath. We were supposed to have an elite pass receiving corps. Right. Why so many injuries and drops?

I mean, this is what it looks like to be dominated in the trenches on both sides of the ball.

Thank you Mario Cristobal, for letting us keep a time out.

Duck fans are kind of loud, but they shouldn't cause these false starts!
