Loved that Brink showed passion and determination. We haven't had a player who wears her heart on her sleeve like that in a long long time - maybe since Nygaard.

For the record, I was impressed with the game the Cardinal women played yesterday against Colorado. Highlights for me included Anna Wilson's treys and ball handling, the backdoor cuts and passes for buckets, and Haley Jones's all-around play. If they continue to play like this, the Cardinal has a legitimate shot at repeating as national champions. On the problematic side, still a lot of sloppy turnovers.

Tara mentioned after Friday's game that Hamilton was not available for it. So, not surprising she's not available for this one. Hope it's nothing serious.
