MBB OSU @ Stanford - old spanish trail - 02-24-2024
We lost by 8 or 10 in yet another desultory performance. Reynaud with 25 or more points. Thats the only highlight. OSU won it's second of the last 42 (I think) road games. Nobody looked happy. Again there were a few lonely voices calling "defense, defense."
Ooops, forgot Spencer broke 3 point record held by Chasson Randle.

I hope someone in the AD is paying attention, but I fear Muir is still asleep at the wheel.

It’s depressing
As if the whole team were wearing “kick me” post it’s on their backs

Meanwhile at Cal, Madsen's team sweeps the Oregons with a big win of the ducks tonight. Sighh.
The team is clearly over this season and just look like they want to be done already. The body language was very telling all game long. The writing is on the wall. Good riddance already Jerod Haase.

Our defense was atrocious, the Beavers' top three players seemingly scored at will (a collective 25/38 = 65.8% shooting percentage) and they also outrebounded us by 17 (22-39).

and to Bernard Muir for failing to go after Mark Madsen. Gross negligence!

When Farhan Zaidi travels down to Arizona to evaluate the Giants during spring training, maybe he can stop by in Palo Alto...... and designate Haase for assignment. Do a whole bunch of us a solid, with one trip......
