Tipping my hat to George for always great simple line to open this thread. Nails the pre game thoughts in one quick bite.

I’m going with this:
Elon’s O suddenly makes our D look competitive again.
Elon’s D suddenly makes our O look more effective again, especially our run game.
However I’m not confident enough to predict a blowout, because it’s hard to fix repetitive beat downs in one week.
27-14 Intellectual Persistence (as a step-child to Brutality) wins in the end.

This game is, IMO, Coach Pritchard's Battle of Hastings.
He needs to come out of it with the title of Tavita the Conqueror.
And not King Tavita II.
The latter could well lead to a future deposing of the King.

Worried about our Defense, but we can bag 2-3 INTs on their passing game.  
If we cannot run on Elon, then this is the worst O-Line in Stanford history.  
Warren will throw for more than 300 yards.

We should blow out Elon. Their wins are over Glenville State, Davidson, Sacred Heart and Maine. Losses to Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Wofford.

While Stanford is probably as good as a middle-tier Mountain West team--we sit at #98 in the Sagarin ratings--we would be a top-tier CAA team (Elon is #210 Sagarin)! /s

Plus, as long as Troy Taylor isn't coaching, Stanford has played better on Reunion Weekend during the current era of suck.
