Well, Washington and USC haven't offered him yet either according to 247.  Michigan, Tennessee, and Oregon have.

I am pretty sure that the last class with more than one QB was 2010 (Harbs last class) with Brett Nottingham, Dallas Lloyd (though really class of 2012), and Darren Daniel. 
For all of Harbs' reputation of liking to stockpile QBs, I think 2010 was the only year he ended up with more than one at Stanford - and that's a little iffy as Lloyd went on a mission and I suspect they were always thinking about Daniel as a WR.
