On replay, I'm less certain.
But it can't be a no-call can it? Must be either a foul or a backcourt violation (unless, I'm misunderstanding the rule).
In the end, I was okay with the way things worked out. The TCU player was in "I'm gonna dribble and be a hero mode" and going, at best, in parallel with half court line (at half court line) with 2 seconds left. TCU was, in all likelihood, not even going to get a decent look, let alone score. So "rewarding" them with a whistle there on a terrible possession would have been the ultimate bailout. But I also agree that AZ winning it in regulation in that fashion would have been brutal. The way it ended up . . . I'm okay with. But real time, my reaction was the same as yours.
