Another late-inning meltdown is brewing. I had hoped that we had largely gotten past this.

If Mathews closes the game Saturday, starting Sunday will depend on how many pitches he threw and how he feels warming up. If he doesn’t pitch Saturday, expect him to be the Sunday starter.
Re “The Mighty Quinn” are you talking about the song or the movie?
