WVB lost to China 3-2. Almost pulled off the reverse sweep. Were behind 0-2 when Kathryn Plummer was inserted into the line up. They then proceeded to win the next two sets and almost pulled out the fifth set.

If she tries to transfer back to Stanford and they let her, we're all writing very strongly worded letters to somebody. I think. Honestly, I'm confused on all this.

I take the inclusive view of Stanford affiliates so I'm including her in my list (other's lists my vary), and the AD has her on their list (so I agree with the AD for once). And I doubt she's going to be looking to transfer back, but if she does I will NOT be writing a strongly worded letter to anyone

The Athletic published an article about Regan in December 2023 that included tidbits about her experience at Stanford.

The "response time" is between when one swimmer touches the wall and the next leaves the blocks. Desirable is between 0.1 and 0.2 seconds. Huske's was 0.00!! If she had left the blocks any earlier, the team would have been disqualified! That was a close one.

Well, there has only be one other Olympic record in the 1500M. Her's from 2021. . . .
Still amazing that she's a bit faster now than three years ago and still 10 seconds ahead of the silver medalist. She once again has claimed the top 20 times in the event ever. . . .
