I'm a little surprised Air Force got stuck in the quadrant they did, especially when Army and Navy are near the top. AFA has had a couple of sexual assault accusations, but so have the other academies.

TreeWeird is on the right track.  In theory, APR and GSR are highly correlated, but there are exceptions.  For whatever reason, Clemson, Nebraska, and Wisconsin have APRs on par with Stanford, but graduation rates much lower than Stanford has.  I'm not sure if Stanford has an unusually low APR considering its graduation rates or whether the other schools have unusually high APRs considering their graduation rates. 

By the way, we're still not Nebraska.
