I had the same reaction: We look thin at OL on this list.

But offensive linemen tend to volunteer less information than other players. A chatty OL is as common as a self-effacing cornerback. 

Partly for that reason, perhaps, OLs also attract fewer interviewers. So we end up getting less information about them and their college plans.

So I've no reason to rule out Farniok, the South Dakota OL.  But his most obvious comfortable choice would be the neighboring U of M, which may be on the upswing but is crowded, cold, and likely to be helpless against the New Ohio State, revived Michigan, and rebounding Penn State.  But Midwest linemen rarely go far from home.  My guess is that Madison will look more than good enough if Minnesota does not, and I wouldn't rule out Iowa because it does churn out good OLs, and in warmer weather than he suffers in in South Dakota.

It's hard to pull OLs out of Wisconsin, so it's easy to stick Ben Bredeson in the next-to-no chance list.  Wisconsin kids think UW is hard to beat for its combination of football and academics.  Throw in semi-professional drinking and partying and we're steps behind.

We just may have to wait longer here, but it does seem near-certain we will have to offer more OLs.
