Bisharat is the #197 player in Rivals, but relatively modestly ranked everywhere else. As a consequence, a high-three-star in 247composite.

ESPN has its head up its butt as far as rating Bisharat (and a bunch of other players).  Bisharat is Top 200 on Rivals, Top 300 on Scout, and just outside the Top 400 on MaxPreps and 247Sports' own (not composite) rating.  This is a very good running back with the type of size/frame that fits well into Stanford's power running game.  I would take him over most of the other guys on Stanford's RB board.  I suspect he had to wait for the May SAT scores to come out before he got his offer because I think Stanford would have offered him long ago otherwise.
