Under 2200 is unlikely to gain admission.
Over 2300 is likely to gain admission.
2200-2300 is anyone's guess.
Hattis is at 2190 right now, with plenty of time to bring it up.Â
Edit: For what it's worth, Christian Folau was quoted as saying that the Stanford staff wanted him to get his ACT score up to 25, so that's a pretty good indicator that Hattis' score is okay, especially since there is time for Hattis to improve his score even more.Â
