I'm happy with Costello and in Shaw I trust but I wouldn't write off Buechele. 

Although he looks a little reedy now college strength and conditioning will add needed bulk and if Buechele puts 25-30 lbs  on that frame  there are plenty of comparables in the NFL at his height.  For example,  Drew Brees at 6.0 and 209 lbs or Aaron Rogers at 6.2 and 225 have done pretty well in pro-style sets.

Also, things turned out pretty well for the small, reedy guy on the left in this picture.
