To put a finer point on it, what's the highest rated applicant who was denied admission after submitting an application?  It sure would be brutal for Stanford to deny admission to a 5 star recruit.

Back in 2012, 4* OLB Ifeadi Odinigbo appeared to have chosen NW because of admissions issues.  Don't know if he actually filled out an application.  Two years ago 4* WR Jordan Cunningham appeared to be an admission casualty after an application.  After a promising start, he left Vandy for personal reasons and has transferred to Cincinnati.  Last year 4* S Arrington Farrar, the first recruit to commit to the class and a Watkins Award finalist was an all but confirmed admissions casualty.
