The problem with Tawa playing in sub-packages, and someone correct me if i am mistaken, is that he would then count as a football scholarship player. Since he has a baseball scholarship, I believe he can practice with the football team, but the second he plays, his scholarship counts against the football limit. This rule is to stop schools from offering baseball/other sport scholarships to football players to skirt the limits.
