Assuming we're talking about Jack Richardson from Palma HS in Salinas, it seems strange to me that he'd be a decent walk-on possibility, since he's a 2- to 3-star recruit (2 stars on Rivals, 3 on 247) with decent size.  But his Rivals and 247 pages reveal no offers.  Anybody have any insight as to why no schools have bothered to offer him?  I get that he's not a top prospect, but you'd think that there'd be some directional school or FCS team that would be trying to land him. 

With that said, however, I agree that he'd be a heck of a walk-on option and would add some much-needed depth at fall camp.  I'm still nervous about the lack of arms at spring practice, though.
