One way or another, it would seem that Mr. Stewart doesn't care.

His real danger is that if other things go well enough for UM, he suddenly can't raise the UM guys on the phone when his LOI never shows up for his signature.

Judging from his comments Stewart's two top priorities seem to be:
1. Attending a school that isn't overly obsessed with academics.
2. Attending a school where he knows and feels comfortable with the coaches and players with whom he will be associating.

So we will see if Shaw can work around those issues.
