I see OF's points, but we've seen better Stanford teams lose to Utah (at Eccles and on The Farm).  It's hard not to view this as a quality W.

As BC noted, erase the fourth down targeting call and Stanford wins by 10, holds Utah to 13 points, and we'd be nodding our heads after a stellar defensive performance. 

As it was, Stanford won by 3 while employing a difficult-to-comprehend QB shuffle and less-than-stellar O attack.
