Bryce is very special, but when he gets to the next level he is not going to be challenging players who will be beginning their 40+ years of apres-football, but players who are almost all as good as he is at their positions.  The holes will be smaller and close earlier and the second level players will be bigger and smarter than the average NCAAF defensive starter.

We all love our great runner-up    players, but when they move to the next level, that is another thing, entirely.

More importantly, he won't be much faster than every DB out there. I think that will be the most difficult adjustment. Now, he knows if he gets to the second level clean, he won't be caught. I don't think that will be true in the NFL.
